The National Business Group on Health recently honored Baptist Health South Florida for its commitment and dedication to promoting a healthy workplace and encouraging a healthy lifestyle for its employees and families.
For the fourth consecutive year, Baptist Health received the group’s highest Platinum Award for its employee wellness program (Wellness Advantage), including Employee Care Hours. Only 12 companies nationally received this top honor. Baptist Health also was among 52 employers to receive the Best Employers for Healthy Lifestyles award at the Leadership Summit sponsored by the National Business Group on Health’s (NBGH) Institute on the Costs and Health Effects of Obesity.
