NAPLES, Fl. – October 4, 2022 – NCH Healthcare System is starting to return to business as usual operationally and that is due to all the efforts of our healthcare team and community working together. We wanted to share the following updates with media to pass along to our community:
NCH Offers Free Virtual Care
NCH has partnered with Amwell to provide free virtual care services through October 15. NCH Virtual Care can be accessed online by anyone in the community at no cost, 24-hours per day, 7-days a week.
- Patients with internet capability can visit NCHmd.org/virtualcare and use the coupon code NCH (all capital letters).
- Individuals who do not have internet at home can visit the NCH Employee Medical Center at Greentree Plaza from 7am to 7pm and use the Wi-Fi and/or NCH provided iPads to make virtual visits with Amwell. The NCH Employee Medical Center is located inside the Whitaker Wellness Center, 2330 Immokalee Road, Naples.
Please Donate Blood!
Blood and platelet donations are urgently needed at the NCH Community Blood Center at the NCH Business Center building: 1100 Immokalee Rd. Naples, FL 34110 to offset sudden usage by area patients. Platelet donors are by appointment only at 239-624-4130. Whole blood donors can donate without appointment.

Visitation Update
All NCH patients are allowed 2 visitors per patient.
Scheduled Procedures Update
Outpatient scheduled procedures have resumed with a small number of cases moving forward as planned. Inpatient scheduled procedures for both NCH Hospitals are anticipated to resume tomorrow.
All Operations at NCH Healthcare System & NCH Physician Group (NPG) Have Resumed Business as Usual Except for:
–NPG Marco Family Medicine opens tomorrow 10/5.
-NPG practices in The Commons Building as well as NCH Healthcare -Southeast are being assessed today to determine a date to reopen by the end of the week.
