The North Broward Hospital District has named Troy A. Kishbaugh Deputy General Counsel.

Prior to joining the NBHD, he practiced health law and was a Partner with GrayRobinson P.A., in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Tallahassee, FL.

Kishbaugh graduated Magna Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida State University.
