North Shore Medical Center FMC Campus recently hosted a complimentary heart fair for the community. The event took place in the auditorium on the hospitals Fort Lauderdale campus, and drew more than 100 attendees from all over Broward County.
The event included complimentary screenings including BMI, Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, Diabetes and Stroke Risk. Attendees were able to pick up literature on living a heart healthy lifestyle and speak with cardiac specialists and other healthcare professionals.
