Northwest Medical Center has appointed Linda Niblett as Director of Quality Management and Anissa Garces as Director of Telemetry.

Linda Niblett is originally from Savannah, GA and a graduate of Armstrong State College where she obtained her nursing degree in 1983. Linda has been with Northwest Medical Center for over 10 years, beginning her tenure as a nurse on the Pediatric Unit, and then in Case Management. She was the Quality Coordinator for the last three years, prior to her appointment as the Director of Quality Management. Before coming to Northwest, Linda was the Director of Inpatient Services at Shriners Hospital for Children in Shreveport, LA.

Anissa is a graduate of Wilson Technological School, where she obtained her LPN degree. She started her career at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip, Long Island, NY. She then went on to obtain her associate degree in nursing and was the Director of an HIV/AIDS outpatient clinic. Anissa obtained her Bachelors Degree from University of Phoenix in 2006.

Upon relocating to Coral Springs in 2003, Anissa began her employment at Northwest Medical Center as a floor nurse in Telemetry. Her responsibilities rapidly increased and she became first the Clinical Coordinator for the department and then was offered to act as the interim Director of Telemetry.
