Kelsey Howard, B.S.N., R.N., began working at Holy Cross Health in October 2023 as a Nurse Clinician in the Emergency Department (ED). Her role includes reviewing staff educational needs and adhering to evidence-based practice around emergency medicine. Passionate about education, she’s in the process of creating a curriculum for the Nurse Residents in the department. Additionally, she is collaborating with ED physicians, in-patient nurses and risk management staff to ensure proper orders for telemetry monitoring. Howard is focused on redesigning the educational program to assess monitoring competency of ED technicians. She completed her degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2020.
