PBGMC became the first hospital in Palm Beach County to perform the Convergent Approach for longtime sufferers of AFib. Earlier this week, Dr. Matthew Klein, cardiac electrophysiologist and Dr. Neil Galindez, cardiothoracic surgeon, both on our medical staff, performed the 50th procedure. The approach is designed to reduce recovery times and improve patients’ overall quality of life.
