November 2024 – PhysicalOne, Broward County’s most loved physical therapy practice, is celebrating the grand opening of its newest state-of-the-art rehabilitation and strengthening facility at 6471 W. Commercial Boulevard in Tamarac from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 21.
The new location in Tamarac and PhysicalOne’s flagship location in Plantation is led by executive director Dr. Colette Amit, PT, DPT, MSHSA, co-founder Ofer Amit, BSME, MSEM and an expert, friendly, caring staff.

“We hope the community can join us in celebrating our newest location,” said Dr. Colette, as she is known to clients. “They will be introduced to a welcoming environment and advanced technologies. We want to guide others to health and happiness, one step at a time through our House of Health™ philosophy and framework for recovery that’s based on the pillars of stretching, balance, strength and cardiovascular training. Each element is essential to creating a body that moves well and feels strong.”
Dr. Colette recently released her book, Feeling Good Again®, now available on Amazon and available at the Tamarac opening. The book highlights her more holistic solution for managing acute and chronic pain with a non-invasive approach to wellness, pain reduction and recovery. In the book, a multitude of conditions from acute and chronic pain to balance and strength training are addressed.
