Colleen M. Neubert, D.O., serves as the Medical Director at St. Catherine’s West Rehabilitation Hospital, located in Hialeah Gardens and part of Catholic Health Services’ Continuum of Care. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Larkin Community Hospital. Dr. Neubert is board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Her clinical expertise encompasses musculoskeletal disorders, sports medicine, stroke rehabilitation, and neuromuscular disorders. She is proficient in procedures such as EMG/NCS, ultrasound-guided joint injections, and osteopathic manipulative treatment. Dr. Neubert is dedicated to developing individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing functional outcomes for patients with disabilities. In recognition of her commitment to excellence, she was honored as Resident Physician of the Year at the West Palm Beach VA Hospital for the 2021–2022 academic year.
