At closing of the transaction, BHS signed a 15-year lease for approximately 64,000 sqft and remained Bethesda Health City’s primary anchor.
Flagler seeks to grow its portfolio through the acquisition of selected medical office and outpatient facilities in mid-size to large markets with growing demographics. A member of the South Florida Hospital and Healthcare Association and the Florida Hospital Association, Flagler strives to establish long-term relationships with health care systems and offers a variety of financing programs from direct acquisition to development and monetization, which can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
Utilizing its management, consulting and brokerage platform, Flagler also provides Healthcare Providers with core healthcare real estate services such as leasing, acquisition, disposition, management, as well as market research, site selection, development advisory, financing and consulting.
