Antonio Laudito, MDDr. Antonio Laudito is a highly-skilled cardiothoracic surgeon with extensive experience in cardiac surgery and minimally-invasive heart valve repair. Dr. Laudito specializes in complex arterial coronary revascularization and bilateral internal mammary artery grafting, minimally-invasive mitral valve repair, complex aortic surgery, aortic root operation and aortic dissection. In addition, Dr. Laudito provides care via atrial fibrillation ablation, transcather aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and transcatheter mitral valve repair (TMVR). Roger Carrillo, MDDr. Roger Carrillo is a highly proficient and experienced cardiothoracic surgeon with expertise in a unique skill set in complex cardiac device management. Dr. Carrillo specializes in laser extraction of pacemaker and defibrillator leads, minimally-invasive cardiac surgery, atrial fibrillation (AFib) treatments and cardiothoracic surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Carrillo’s office with Tenet Florida Cardiovascular Care, a medical practice of Tenet Florida Physician Services (TFPS), is located in Hialeah and he’s on-staff at Palmetto General Hospital. Prior to joining TFPS, Dr. Carrillo worked as a professor of clinical surgery in the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery teaching medical students at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Besides his extensive clinical teaching background, Dr. Carrillo presented his research and findings relating to cardiothoracic medicine both nationally and internationally and worked as a cardiothoracic surgeon at six different South Florida hospital organizations. Brijeshwar Maini, MD, FACCDr. Brijeshwar Maini is the National and Florida Medical Director of Cardiology for Tenet Health and a specialist in the treatment of structural heart disease. Dr. Maini leads a team comprising of cardiothoracic surgery, interventional cardiology as well as echocardiography which performs catheter-based cardiovascular procedures and have brought multiple new technologies to the region including percutaneous mitral valve replacement technologies as well as the Tendyne and Caisson valves. He has also been instrumental in bringing percutaneous tricuspid valve repair technologies including the Triclip device as well as led the Trilign study for percutaneous repair of the tricuspid valve. The team has performed the first next generation MitraClip cases in South Florida as a treatment of chronic mitral regurgitation (MR). In addition, Dr. Maini specializes in percutaneous left atrial appendage (LAA) closure with the Watchman Device and percutaneous transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). Dr. Maini’s areas of interest also include 3D transesophageal and intracardiac imaging, CT angiography and fusion imaging. Additionally, Dr. Maini has led cardiovascular research as the principal investigator in over 60 research trials including new catheter-based treatments for heart failure such as the REDUCE LAP study amongst others. He believes that today’s research is tomorrow’s medicine. Dr. Maini is a clinical professor of medicine and Fellowship Director – Cardiovascular Diseases at the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University. Dr. Maini’s office with Tenet Florida Cardiovascular Care is located in the new Delray Medical Center Tower. He is on-staff at Delray Medical Center, Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and Florida Medical Center, a campus of North Shore located in Fort Lauderdale.

Thanh Duong-Wagner, MD, FACC, FASE Dr. Thanh Duong-Wagner is a highly-experienced and board-certified cardiologist specializing in adult cardiology care with Tenet Florida Cardiovascular Care in West Palm Beach. Dr. Duong-Wagner specializes in general cardiology, valvular/structural heart disease, cardiomyopathy, cardio-oncology, women’s heart disease, cardiovascular risk reduction, advanced echocardiography, cardiac MRI and peripheral vascular disease. She is on-staff at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. Dr. Duong-Wagner is certified in cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
