The Public Health Trust (PHT), which governs Jackson Health System, recently swore in its newest trustees. The new board members are Armando Gutierrez, Jr., and Marcos Lapciuc. Reappointed to the board are incumbents Ernesto A. de la Fé, chairman of the board, John Copeland III and Georgena Ford.

Armando Gutierrez, Jr., has served on numerous county boards before being chosen to serve the Public Health Trust. Gutierrez is founder and president of Gutierrez Group, LLC. Before founding the firm in 2003, he co-founded AGPNetworks.com and was chief technology officer for LatinGrocer.com.

Marcos Jose Lapciuc founded MLIP, LLC. He is also vice president and partner in Precision Trading Corp. Lapciuc currently serves as president of the Collegiate Learning Center and is a board member of Congregation Ohr Chaim.
