Officials at Catholic Hospice, Inc. are proud to announce the promotion of Rochelle Clarke, PhD, LMFT, MSHR, as the new Director of Quality and Organizational Development for Catholic Hospice. Dr. Clarke has been with Catholic Hospice since 2014 starting as a bereavement coordinator. She was responsible for developing bereavement and counseling programs for patients and their caregivers. She also worked collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide psychosocial care to patient-family units. In 2015, she was promoted to Supervisor of the Bereavement team as well as Bereavement Camp Director. Dr. Clarke will now be in the position for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members, senior management and emerging leaders.
