Eduardo Coelho is the Director of Case Management for Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs and Larkin South. Eduardo develops strategies to improve patient care, satisfaction, and outcomes. He also communicates with the physicians and nurses to understand what care options are available for the patients. He is acknowledged as an example of an exceptional case management leader for his quality performance, encouraging teamwork and a variety of initiatives that are above and beyond his job description and performance expectations. He is a mentor to new employees in the case management department. Eduardo dedication to Larkin Community Hospital is instrumental in maintaining multi-disciplinary rounds that has positively impacted customer service. He received his Associate of Science in Nursing and is continuing his education at Larkin University.
