Michelle Tracy, R.N., is a pediatric Emergency Department nurse at Broward Health Coral Springs. She transitioned from education to nursing after being inspired by the care her grandfathers received during their illnesses.
“When I was deciding whether to change careers from education to nursing, both of my grandfathers became ill,” Tracy said. “Seeing the incredible work nurses did in hospitals and nursing homes inspired me to make the switch.”
With 16 years of experience at Broward Health, Tracy remains committed to providing excellent care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
“I strive to do my best every day, both at work and in life, taking things as they come without stressing over anything,” Tracy said.
Her passion and calm approach to patient care make her a valued member of the pediatric emergency team. Tracy pursued her nursing degree at Broward College, building a foundation for the impactful work she continues to do today.
