For more than eight years, John Graziano has been a volunteer at Broward Health Imperial Point, where he’s assisted with a variety of tasks such as welcoming visitors and new patients and helping nursing staff with tasks related to patient discharge. He also serves as a commissioner for the town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
When asked about his community involvement during retirement, Graziano said he made a commitment to himself to be helpful to others.
Before moving to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Graziano worked for the New York state government and founded a national association business his son runs today.
He has been married for 58 years and has three children, one who recently relocated to South Florida, and nine grandchildren.
