Tenet Florida Physician Services (TFPS) announced Heather Woolf, R.N., has been named Chief Operating Officer of the multi-specialty physician practice.
Heather Woolf joined TFPS in 2013 as the Chief Development Officer responsible for the growth of the various specialty practices. Prior to joining Tenet Florida Physician Services, Woolf served as the Associate Administrator – Director of Business Development at Good Samaritan Medical Center.
Woolf is a licensed Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience in both acute care and outpatient settings.
