Tenet Florida Physician Services is excited to announce the addition of David Coykendall, D.O., General Surgeon, Alejandro Rivera-Rodriguez, M.D., Rheumatologist, and Patricio Rosa, M.D., Vascular Surgeon, to their growing multispecialty group. Dr. Coykendall is a dedicated general surgeon whose experience includes multiple clinical procedures including thoracic and colorectal surgery, emergency/trauma surgery, endocrine surgery, oncology surgery and vascular surgery. He also has specific training in advanced laparoscopic procedures and techniques for intestinal and solid organ surgeries.
Dr. Rivera-Rodriguez is a rheumatologist with specific training and experience with musculoskeletalsonography and infusions. After earning his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico,he completed an internal medicine residency at Temple University Hospital and a fellowship inrheumatology at Hahnemann University Hospital, both in Philadelphia.As a fellowship-trained vascular surgeon, Dr. Rosa specializes in vascular and endovascularmedicine. He has a distinguished career that includes serving in the United States Army as a Lieutenant Colonel and filling multiple hospital leadership positions.
