Approximately 200 employees from Palmetto General Hospital, Hialeah Hospital and Coral Gables Hospital gathered at Tropical Park in Miami to show their support for the American Heart Association by participating in the 2007 Heart Walk. The hospitals combined to raise $25,422, making Tenet the largest corporate fundraiser. In addition to the hospitals contributions, Tenet Healthcare Foundation donated $50,000 to the AHA and was the signature sponsor of the walk.
