Terri Santangelo, RN, BSN, COS-C, HCS-D, vice president of clinical operations for FirstLantic Healthcare, Inc., has been appointed president of Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF), a non-profit association dedicated to serving Florida home care providers and their vendors. Santangelo previously served as vice president and has been an HCAF board member since 2002. In her new role as president, Santangelo will act as the chief officer of HCAF and the chairperson of the board of directors.Terri joined FirstLantic Healthcare in 2008 to direct and manage the clinical operations of the company. Terri has over 25 years of healthcare experience, of which 22 years have been in home healthcare. Terri received her RN degree from Jackson Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Miami, FL and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, Plantation, FL.
