The Health Council of South Florida Welcomes Four New Board Members

The Health Council of South Florida, Inc. (HCSF) is proud to welcome the newest members to its volunteer Board of Directors.

 

Albert Collazo, who dedicated eight years of service to the HCSF as a board member in the past, has rejoined the HCSF board. Collazo began his work toward advancing the health of the community in 1989. He has worked with the Florida Department of Health, University of Miami, and the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA). Collazo is currently the president of AC Alliances.

 

Elizabeth MacGard, RN, BHSA, CCHP, will be representing the voice for Monroe County on the board. MacGard is currently the Regional Director for the South Florida Departments of Juvenile Justice Medical Units, Corizon Health Care. For the past 7 years, Ms. MacGard has worked for Armor Correctional Health Services in Key West as the Health Services Administrator.

 

Aristides Pallin, MBA, is the Senior Vice President and COO of Leon Medical Centers and has been in the South Florida healthcare arena since 1985, when he began with Mercy Hospital. Pallin’s professional career began by developing his strengths in management engineering, financial analysis, strategic planning, and business development.

 

Eneida Roldan, M.D., MPH, MBA, is the Chief Executive Officer of Global Telehealth Solutions, Inc. Dr. Roldan’s medical and executive career spans thirty years, over which time she has affected change in public policy, improved hospital operations and efficiency, and been a champion for quality improvement in the public health.
