Dr. H. Murray Todd, neurologist and medical director of the Neurological Institute at Broward Health North, has been voted “Outstanding Teacher of the Year” by Nova Southeastern University (NSU).Dr. Todd completed medical school and his residency in neurology at the University of Miami School of Medicine. He has been a clinical professor of neurology at NSU since 2006.
