Residents of Manatee County will soon have greater access to compassionate hospice and palliative care as VITAS Healthcare prepares to begin serving patients and families in Bradenton, Palmetto, Parrish and Lakewood Ranch this summer.

– High-acuity options for patients with complex medical needs

– Delivery and setup of home medical equipment for smooth transitions from hospital to home
