VITAS Innovative Hospice Care Medical Director Elected President of Broward County Osteopathic Medical Association

VITAS Innovative Hospice Care announced that Marc G. Kaprow, D.O., medical director for VITAS of Broward County, has been elected president of the Broward County Osteopathic Medical Association (BCOMA), an organization dedicated to advancing the science and art of osteopathic medicine.

 

Dr. Kaprow, who is board certified in hospice, palliative care and internal medicine, will work to ensure that the BCOMA continues to meet its goals of providing professional development for physicians, advancing the quality of care for patients, and providing local representation to the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. He also plans to expand the efforts of the BCOMA to support new and emerging physicians in our community.
