Erica Walker has been named to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of West Boca Medical Center.
Walker has held a variety of executive operational leadership positions throughout her career, all within an acute-care setting. Most recently, she served as the Director of Corporate Strategy for Baptist Health.
Prior to that she was the Chief Executive Officer of Northwest Medical Center where she grew and expanded emergency services, women’s services with level III NICU care, robotic surgery, orthopedics, and cardiovascular services. She was also responsible for leading construction and expansion projects and helping to implement initiatives to help improve facility and clinical operations.
Walker holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mary Washington University and has a Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, both located in Virginia.
