Boca Raton Regional Hospital announces the appointment of Charles Posternack, M.D., as its Chief Medical Officer.

Since 1993, Dr. Posternack has held medical leadership positions in south Florida with the Cleveland Clinic Florida where he served as the Founder and Director of the Internal Medicine residency program, Chief of Medicine and Director of Clinical Operations, and Chairman of Medicine and Director of Clinical Operations. During his tenure with the Cleveland Clinic Florida, Dr. Posternack served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine with the Ohio State University.
 
For the last eight years, Dr. Posternack has held the position of Chief Medical Officer at John F. Kennedy Medical Center and has assumed various other leadership positions including Founding Program Director of the Internal Medicine residency program. Dr. Posternack has held an appointment as Clinical Affiliate Associate Professor of Biomedical Sciences with the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine and Florida Atlantic University, and Affiliate Associate Professor of Medicine with the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine.
