Karen Poole, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Boca Raton Regional Hospital has been included in Becker’s Hospital Review’s list of “52 Women Hospital & Healthcare Leaders.”
Individuals were selected for their accomplishments in leading healthcare and hospital organizations, including improvement of patient care, development of relationships between providers and facilitation of organizational growth.
Poole has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare operations. She has served in numerous positions as Chief Executive Officer and Division President throughout her career, acted as a healthcare advisor and led various facility improvement initiatives.
