Dorothy Kelleher, a Past President of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), and a tireless advocate for those individuals diagnosed with a mental illness, received the CIT Advocate of the Year Award at the CIT International Conference. Dorothy was one of the original Palm Beach County representatives to attend Crisis Intervention Training in Memphis, Tennessee. She was a driving force who was instrumental in bringing CIT to Palm Beach County. Dorothy currently resides in Palm Beach, Florida.
