Hamid Feiz, M.D., FHM, Indian River Medical Center’s first Chief Medical Information Officer, is among 681 hospitalists nationwide to earn Fellow in Hospital Medicine (FHM) designation from the Society of Hospital Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Feiz serves on the Society of Hospital Medicine’s Performance and Standards Committee as well as its Medical Students and Residents Education Committee.Dr. Feiz joined IRMC in 2010 from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, FL, where he served as Associate Program Director of their Internal Medicine Residency Program and Director of Cleveland Clinic’s first hospitalist fellowship.
