Holy Cross Hospital President and CEO Patrick A. Taylor, M.D. announced that Christina M. Gomez, M.D., has joined the Holy Cross Medical Group.Dr. Gomez, formerly of the Palm Beach Institute of Hematology and Oncology, is board-certified in medical oncology. She has a disease-specific interest in gastrointestinal cancers.
A South Florida native, Dr. Gomez received her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed her residency in internal medicine. She was previously chief resident at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, where she also completed a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology.
