The eighth annual Horizons Fishing Tournament raised more than $47,000 for the childrens programs of the John J. Brogan Horizons Bereavement Center, a program of Hospice of Palm Beach County.
Fish caught and donated during the tournament were given to Cod and Capers, a Palm Beach Gardens specialty seafood market, which donated the money from the sale of the fish to Hospice of Palm Beach County. More than $4,000 was raised through the donated fish.
