Hospice of Palm Beach County is proud to announce greater access to inpatient hospice care with the opening of the organization’s new inpatient unit in The Pavilion at Jupiter Medical Center. The eight-bed unit will provide inpatient care to patients in the surrounding communities who are in need of acute care Each of the eight private rooms provides a home-like feeling, with room for family and friends to visit, including a dining area, recliner/twin sleeper and a private bathroom. In addition, there is a private family room for loved ones to utilize during the patient’s stay.Leading the patient care team at the unit is Judy Williams, a veteran Hospice nurse who has

In addition to Williams, patients will be cared for by Hospice of Palm Beach County’s expert team of physicians, nurses, CNAs, socials workers, integrative therapists, chaplains and volunteers. Hospice of Palm Beach County has the largest number of Board Certified palliative medicine physicians and nurses in South Florida.
