Jackson Health System launches its first Administrative Fellowship Program to build world-class leaders to execute the health systems strategic vision and fulfill the organizations mission to provide one single standard of care.

This 52-week program is designed for masters-prepared, entry-level leaders as a form of postgraduate training, providing individuals with a practical learning experience in a healthcare environment. Not only will the fellows concentrate on enhancing their leadership skills, they will also add value to the organization through their work on various critical projects and programs in core business areas.
Program participants must demonstrate excellent scholastic capability with at least a 3.0 GPA and exceptional leadership, communication and analytical skills. Participants must commit to support the organizations standards of performance, and have the ability to be flexible, resourceful and work well with others.
Three recent graduates from the University of Floridas Master of Health Administration program have been selected as Jacksons first fellows. Laura Gomez has been chosen for the Operations Track; Melissa Harriott has been targeted for the Marketing Track; and Tabassum Khan is slated for the Physician Services Track.
