The companies chosen for this very prestigious have scored highest among hundreds of applicants in the magazines survey of flexibility, leaves for new parents, family-friendly programs, child care, company culture, advancement of women and compensation. The list recognizes companies that help their employees successfully balance the demands of their work and home lives.
