Management Resources College, ("MRC"), is proud to announce its new Associate Dean of the School of Education and Languages, Lucas Katz, who teaches the foreign population the English skills they need to make it in the United States. Without a mastery of English, one cannot even find a decent job, much less practice as a healthcare professional. It is unfortunate that foreign medical graduates and professionals from other countries who have the skills, knowledge and experience to assist the health care industry, find they are unable to do so due to their inability to master the English language.

MRC provides the solution for all who are struggling with their goals to become professionals in the American healthcare industry. MRC offers an intensive six month English program which is designed to have students reading, writing and speaking English. Thereafter students proceed to enter MRC’s Associate of Science Degree in Nursing program or Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing program, which prepares students to pass the Florida NCLEX Registered Nurse licensure exam. RN to BSN programs are available too!

MRC’s School of Nursing and Health Sciences is led by Dr. Jay Ober along with Associate Dean Alain Rojas. Together the duo changes the lives and paths of students who are up for the challenges of enduring nursing school. Associate Dean Rojas is a Cuban physician who emigrated to the United States and struggled to make it in the healthcare industry. Today, Dean Rojas is an A.R.N.P., who together with Dr. Ober and Associate Dean Katz make a difference in the lives of foreign students who would be helpless without their guidance and support. MRC is proud and honored to have this fabulous and dynamic trio.

MRC offers scholarships and is authorized to administer federal financial, to those who qualify. Its Career Services department is also available to assist in seeking employment after graduation. There are two campuses: Miami and Miami Lakes, both of which offer day, evening and weekend classes for the convenience of those students who must work through school. MRC is licensed and accredited.
