North Shore Medical Center is pleased to promote Arianna Urquia from controller to chief financial officer. With over 10 years of financial healthcare experience, Urquia will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the 337-bed acute care hospital and its departments.
Urquia has worked her entire career at Tenet Healthcare hospitals, most recently serving as the controller at North Shore Medical Center. Prior to that, she worked as an assistant controller at Florida Medical Center – a campus of North Shore. Urquia was also previously a senior accountant at Coral Gables Hospital and an accounting assistant/financial analyst at Palmetto General Hospital.
Urquia earned her Master of Business Administration and bachelor’s in finance from Florida International University.
