James Ross, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Baptist Health Orthopedic Care, specializing in sports medicine and joint preservation surgery of the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee. His expertise and patient-centered approach play a pivotal role in the continued growth and development of Baptist Health’s orthopedic program in Palm Beach County. Dr. Ross is actively contributing to the expansion of the service line, which is supported by the strengthening of Baptist Health’s academic and clinical affiliations with two leading South Florida medical schools: Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine and Florida Atlantic University Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine. Recognized for his advanced training and dedication to the field, Dr. Ross is among a select group of orthopedic surgeons nationwide to have earned a Subspecialty Certificate in Orthopedic Sports Medicine. He proudly serves as team physician for Florida Atlantic University, Lynn University, and the Florida Panthers.
