Sarah Vogler, MD, MBA, is a colorectal surgeon at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health and serves as Cleveland Clinic Florida’s Chief of Staff. In her leadership role, she oversees clinical performance, including safety, quality, and patient experience for five Cleveland Clinic hospitals in Florida. Dr. Vogler joined Cleveland Clinic in 2019 and has held several leadership positions, including vice chair of operations for the Department of Colorectal Surgery and section chief of Pelvic Floor Disorders at Cleveland Clinic’s main campus in Ohio. She has also served as president and medical director of Cleveland Clinic Florida Integrated Health, an accountable care organization, and physician director of surgical operations. Dr. Vogler is also actively involved in physician recruitment, ensuring that Cleveland Clinic Florida attracts and retains top medical talent.
