Gloria Rzyczycki, 79, has become a vital part of the gift shop at Broward Health Coral Springs, where she has volunteered for the past two and a half years. Her journey began when she met a volunteer office staff member, while waiting for her granddaughter after school and was inspired to join the volunteer team.
With over 23 years of experience as a store manager and training manager at Marshall’s, Gloria brought a wealth of retail knowledge to her role. “Volunteering for this job has been very fulfilling,” said Rzyczycki. “The staff at the hospital and volunteer office have made my experience very rewarding.”
Through her efforts, Gloria has transformed the shop into a welcoming space that offers comfort and joy to patients and families. Her commitment to service and her warm personality makes her a cherished member of the Broward Health Coral Springs community.
