Wellington Regional Medical Center helped make the holidays a little brighter for Palm Beach County families in need this holiday season. Wellington Regional Medical Center’s employees and Medical Staff have donated over $11,000 toward its Adopt-a-Family Program. Those dollars will be able to provide food, clothing and necessities for 23 families in serious need this holiday season.
The majority of the families were identified through a partnership with six Palm Beach County Schools within Wellington Regional Medical Center’s immediate service area within the western communities.
“There are families in need right here in our community,” said Joseph Paul, Chief Financial Officer at Wellington Regional Medical Center. “As a leader in the community, giving back is a priority. We are blessed beyond words with the outpouring of response and generosity of our Wellington family which has provided $11,000 for our Adopt-a-Family and employees in need this Holiday season.”
