Celebrates relocation of its real estate services headquarters to Abacoa Professional Center in Jupiter
Welltower Inc., formerly Health Care REIT, Inc., has relocated its Real Estate Services division to Abacoa Professional Center I on Heritage Drive and Military Trail in Jupiter.
The new headquarters comprises nearly 22,000 rentable square feet, encompassing the entire second floor of the building. It houses executive, legal, finance, portfolio and asset management, accounting, human resources, marketing, leasing, and administrative functions, as well as the regional real estate management office.
Welltower partners with leading seniors housing, post-acute operators and health systems to fund the real estate infrastructure needed to grow their platforms and support the evolution of health care delivery. The company offers real estate management in premier outpatient medical buildings in the best markets and managed by the best health care real estate professionals in the industry. Welltower has completed or announced more than $3.8 billion of investments this year and is on track to exceed $30 billion of gross real estate investments.

Rosanne Piretti, Executive Assistant and Office Manager, and John Clifton, Project Manager, led the design and construction teams for the new office location. Architectural design was done by John Glidden and Keith Spina of Glidden Spina & Partners Architecture & Interior Design. Interior design was by Lizz Foster, also of Glidden Spina.
The office’s new address is 550 Heritage Drive, Suite 200, Jupiter. The location is less than one mile from the division’s previous headquarters on University Boulevard. Welltower owns more than 1,400 properties in major, high-growth markets in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, consisting of seniors housing communities, outpatient medical centers, post-acute care and lower acuity settings.
