Bethesda Health is pleased to announce Thurston Pottinger, R.N., as the 2016 Bethesda Nurse of the Year. Pottinger has worked at Bethesda Heart Hospital for the past eight years.
“Thurston possesses all of the qualities that are needed to represent the profession of nursing in a positive and professional light,” said Geralyn Lunsford, RN, BSN, MHM, Administrator of Bethesda Hospital West and Vice President of Patient Services. “Not only is he a talented nurse, he is an excellent person.”
