The National Association of Public Hospitals and Health Systems recently announced Lee Memorial Health System has earned Honorable Mention in the category of “Community Engagement” for the Systems Community Health Visioning 2017 project.
Lee Memorial Health System launched Community Health Visioning: 2017 in the spring of 2007 after the system purchased two hospitals in Lee County, Florida. The purpose of the Visioning was to create a shared vision for the future of health care in our area.
