North Shore Medical Center has appointed Patrick Beaver, RN, MSN, MBA, as chief nursing officer.
Prior to joining North Shore Medical Center, Beaver served as the chief operating officer, chief nursing officer and vice-president of patient care services at East Liverpool City Hospital in Ohio.
Beaver attended Fairmont State University and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and received his Master of Science in nursing degree from Florida Atlantic University. In 2010 he completed his Master of Business Administration in Healthcare from Waynesburg University. He is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
