Lex Lalicon is the chief nursing officer of HCA Florida Palms West Hospital, a 207-bed full-service, acute care hospital specializing in emergency, pediatric, intensive care, orthopedic and spine care, maternity and level III neonatal care services, and minimally-invasive and robotic surgery in Loxahatchee, Florida.

Lalicon was previously ACNO at HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital where he worked in numerous capacities including over two decades of experience in emergency nursing and nursing leadership. He previously served as the director of emergency services at St. Lucie. Lalicon also served as the director of emergency services at HCA Florida Darwin Square Emergency.

Lalicon earned his bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Galen College of Nursing and his associate of science degree in nursing from Broward State College. He is a member of the Emergency Nurses Association.
