Broward Health Coral Springs Medical Center Names its 2008 Nurse of the Year

Coral Springs Medical Center (CSMC) recently announced Trifina Jonas as the 2008 Joyce Danielson Nurse of the Year for her ongoing commitment to patient care and her professional attitude that elevates the standard of nursing.

As a nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Jonas has over nine years of experience. Since the beginning, she has built a great rapport amongst her colleagues and with patients, which has led to over 25 nominations for “Employee of the Month”, earning her the title in April 2007.
